We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient transport services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the dispatch of operational crews to ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of patients between destinations.
  • Receive and respond to requests for patient transport and queries regarding ambulance journeys, ensuring compliance with relevant service procedures and standing orders.
  • Undertake general clerical duties, including data input, completing ad-hoc forms/invoices as necessary, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and hospital staff to maintain patient flow across all control areas and resolve urgent problems.
