About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of patients across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily and future bookings within our Cleric controlling system, ensuring accurate resourcing and communication with sub-contractors, taxi services, and volunteers.
  • Dispatch and manage operational crews to ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of patients, meeting contractual targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Receive and respond to patient transport requests and queries, ensuring compliance with relevant service procedures and standing orders.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data input, form completion, and invoice processing as necessary.
  • Maintain and enhance the performance and quality of service offered to patients and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, customers, and internal stakeholders, including GPs, nursing homes, hospital clinics, and wards.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, gained from experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
