We are seeking a skilled Transport Controller to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of patients across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the dispatch of operational crews to ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of patients.
  • Receive and respond to patient transport requests and queries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Undertake general clerical duties, including data input, form completion, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain and enhance the performance and quality of service offered to patients and customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and hospital staff to ensure effective patient flow and prompt resolution of urgent problems.
