About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR operation, including arranging onboarding documentation, updating and maintaining the HR database, and processing payroll information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Update and maintain the HR database
  • Process payroll information, including contractor hours and P45's
  • Support with right to work checks
  • Assist with the posting of job adverts and updating company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in HR, Recruitment, or Vetting administration. You will be a confident and experienced administrator who is used to working with different databases daily. Experience with iTrent would be an advantage, but training can be provided. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
