About the Role

As a Community Support Worker at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or places of residence. This position requires a motivated individual with a basic understanding of mental health conditions and how they affect daily life. You will work closely with senior staff to provide practical support and guidance to service users, promoting independence and recovery.

The successful candidate will be required to attend a comprehensive induction program, which includes a 5-day face-to-face training session at our MSE ICS Education Hub in Brentwood Community Hospital. Additionally, you will participate in EPUT's corporate/mandatory training welcome, which will be delivered through a combination of face-to-face and virtual sessions.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively communicate with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
