We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Sales Director to join our team at ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD.
Job Summary:
- Oversee and manage a national sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and board members.
- Manage budgets, finances, and strategic growth initiatives to ensure the company's continued success.
- Provide comprehensive business plans and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the board of directors and founders to create a long-term vision for the company.
- Travel to client and distributor sites in the UK and Europe to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Degree-educated or above in a relevant field.
- Proven experience selling through a distribution network, with a track record of success and promotion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent commercial awareness and a deep understanding of branding, product, and market position.
- Ability to create a long-term vision for the company and work closely with stakeholders to achieve goals.
