About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Gym as an Ambassador: Demonstrate our elevated ways of working and advocate for our sales process, leading by example and supporting the wider team.
  • Drive New Member Sales and Retention: Focus on acquiring new members and retaining existing ones to increase revenue and grow the business.
  • Activity Planning and Execution: Own the activity planners for the gym and ensure they are thorough, well-planned, and executed to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Lead Generation and Strategy: Implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Drive all revenue lines, including membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams, to drive profitability and growth.
  • Communication and Feedback: Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team, and provide honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential.
