### Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Bridgewater Resources UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our business goals and sales forecasts.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for mutual profitable growth
* Proactively seek new business opportunities and convert them into profitable sales
* Plan, forecast, and report sales activities to ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting

### About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can make an impact and build strong B2B relationships with customers across the South East. You will be joining a leading manufacturer and distributor of electrical and lighting products belonging to a global group of companies who employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.
