Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a highly successful and innovative multi-million turnover organisation, is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Managing Director. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a national sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Establish business goals and strategies to align with the company's overall vision and mission.
- Manage budgets, finance, and strategic growth to ensure the company's continued success.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Degree educated or above.
- Previous experience selling through a distribution network is essential.
- Experience gained at Senior Director level.
- Ability to demonstrate a history of success and promotion through current and previous positions.
- Experience of establishing business goals and strategies.
- Confident, charismatic, forward-thinking, progressive, and commercially aware.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A true positive influencer.
