Geriatrician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geriatrician to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Geriatrician Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical opinion and taking full and independent responsibility for the care of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical opinion across a wide range of problems within General Internal Medicine and Geriatric medicine
- Take full and independent responsibility for the care of patients
- Work closely with colleagues in primary, secondary, and intermediate care
- Get involved in admission prevention, virtual wards, proactive community services for older people living with frailty, advance care planning, and end-of-life care
