As a Geriatrician Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality medical care to older patients, working closely with colleagues in primary, secondary, and intermediate care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical opinion across a wide range of problems within General Internal Medicine and Geriatric medicine.
- Take full and independent responsibility for the care of patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in admission prevention, virtual wards, proactive community services for older people living with frailty, advance care planning, and end-of-life care.
