Job Summary
Care UK is recruiting for a Resident Care Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care and activities of residents, working closely with care assistants, and contributing to the development of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
- Case manage residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans
- Administer and record medication accurately and safely
- Carry out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take steps to mitigate them
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and improve our care services
