As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, while working closely with our leadership team to develop and enhance our services.

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage your shift, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Administer medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to guidelines.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigating measures.
  • Work closely with care assistants, supporting residents with daily needs and promoting independence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a focus on team management and supervision.
  • Good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training.
