About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Development Specialist in our residential care homes across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives while developing their career with a leading healthcare provider.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of care planning processes and be able to lead and supervise others. You should also be IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. Previous experience in administering medication and NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
