Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet, as well as supporting clients with their medication and other daily tasks. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping and household chores.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be caring, patient, and understanding. You should have good communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. We don't require any specific qualifications or experience, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £14.15 per hour, which includes enhancements for weekends and bank holidays. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
