About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

The successful candidate will have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. They will be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and be willing to take on a variety of tasks as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities.
