Care Support Worker

As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be working closely with our clients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and support to enhance their lives. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Assist with medication management, mealtime, and household tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills. You do not need previous social care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. As a Care Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
