Job Description
This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, assisting residents with daily living activities and providing emotional support and companionship.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £20,500 per annum, depending on experience. Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
