Role Overview

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safe and supported lives.

As a Care Assistant, you'll follow individual care plans and assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and household chores. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that you deliver tailored care that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks
  • Managing medications and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs
