Customer Retention Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Email Campaign Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team, who will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of email campaigns, developing strategies to grow and maintain the customer database, and managing and tracking critical paths for all email and direct marketing activities.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and execution of email campaigns from concept to launch* Develop strategies to grow and maintain the customer database, ensuring segmentation and targeting are optimized to increase customer engagement and retention* Manage and track critical paths for all email and direct marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects* Work closely with various departments (e.g. Design, Content, and Trade) to drive trade and ensure consistent messaging across channels* Support the execution and delivery of retention marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to customer preferences and behavior* Monitor and report on the performance of email and direct marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future activities
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a related field (marketing, CRM, or email campaign management)* Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
