Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

Hellopolaris is seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Loudwater, High Wycombe.
About the RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for generating sales through prospect identification and recommendation of suitable insurance solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
To excel in this position, you will require a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry. You must possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and technological aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
The estimated salary range for this position is between £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
