Job Title: Manufacturing Plant and Equipment Planning Lead

Location: Samlesbury/Warton

Salary: £64,000+ dependant on skills and experience

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading a team of project engineers who work with internal customers to define strategies and plans related to production equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and have a proven track record of planning and delivering production equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production equipment strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of project engineers to deliver production equipment projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to outline specific timescales and budgets for production equipment projects
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement at all levels within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and a proven track record of planning and delivering production equipment projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of investment planning and manufacturing strategy
