Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated BtoB Sales Expert to join our team at Onepilot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and expanding our customer base in the UK mid-market and Germany.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting, demonstrating, and closing deals with potential clients. You will work closely with George, our Sales Expansion Manager in London, to ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle.

Your buyer personas will include Head of Customer Support, E-commerce Manager, Customer Care Manager, COO, CEO, CCO, Founders, and CRM Manager. You will respond to tenders (RFI, RFP) and conduct complex sales proposals.

Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in BtoB and/or SaaS and/or e-commerce sales

A strong eagerness to work in a startup environment and drive growth

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in both English and German

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
