Job Title: Mid-Market Business Development Executive

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Business Development Executive to join our team at Orama Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales tactics and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to the company's overall growth and expansion.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in driving new business and acquiring new customers.
  • Familiarity with customer support technology, CRM platforms, or multi-channel communication tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
