">The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in perinatal care and a proven track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
">You will be responsible for implementing early interventions using a biopsychosocial approach, developing individualized care plans, and contributing to the development and delivery of training programs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mental health/psycho-social assessments and risk assessments with service users.">
- Demonstrate ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity.">
- Develop and implement effective care plans, utilizing up-to-date clinical knowledge and best practice guidelines.">
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, promoting excellent patient outcomes and facilitating collaborative working practices.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- A Part III or 13 qualification on the NMC register.">
- Post-registration graduate diploma or equivalent experience in a related work area, demonstrating advanced level of practice.">
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to the clinical area at specialist level of care.">
- Leadership training/qualification/experience.">
