Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Women's Specialist Practitioner to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team in North East Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of women and their families, working closely with the Perinatal Mental Health Team Leader and other stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement early interventions using a biopsychosocial approach to support women's mental health needs, ensuring effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans, incorporating mental health birth plans and prioritizing the well-being of women and their families.
  • Lead by example, mentoring pre-registration students and leading others effectively, with evidence of leadership training/qualification/experience.
Requirements
  • Post-registration/graduate diploma or equivalent experience in related work area, demonstrating advanced level of practice and CPD relevant to the clinical area at specialist level of care.
  • Leadership training/qualification/experience, with ability to contribute to policy and practice implementation and inform the Perinatal Mental Health Team Leader of any barriers to implementation.
Salary and Benefits
