Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our support services in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, with a strong focus on quality delivery.

About the Role: As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness. This will involve working closely with the Area Managers to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery, as well as providing coaching and guidance to team members. You will also be accountable for the agreed delivery of hours for each service and ensuring that budgeted income and commercial performance levels are met within those services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing service provision, including the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC regulations. You will also need to hold relevant qualifications, such as RQF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, and have experience of managing teams who support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. In addition, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced sickness pay, accrual of extra holiday days linked to length of service, and a birthday off with pay after a year of service. We also offer a £300 refer a friend scheme and recognition of colleagues who go above and beyond through our 'Heroes' awards.

Location: The role is based in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, with regular travel required across the region. You will need to have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
