Senior Nurse Manager for Paediatric Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to lead our paediatric services, working closely with the Clinical Leads and deputies on the children's ward, community outpatients and child development centre.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of these areas, ensuring high standards of nursing care are provided at all times. As a key member of the leadership team, they will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and advanced healthcare assistants, promoting quality evidence-based practice and developing the nursing teams through education and support.

With a strong background in children's nursing, the post holder will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective management of patient care. They will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a fair and supportive working environment, where contributions are valued and staff feel empowered to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities.
