We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Nursing Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in coordinating patients' packages of care and liaising with other agencies. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and person-centred, trauma-informed care.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake daily review of service users' health and social care needs against the care plan.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team, care co-ordinators, General Practitioners, and any other relevant parties involved.
  • Advise service users, their family members, and professional colleagues on appropriate lifestyle changes.
