Adult Nursing Staff Bank Position

Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a ward/department team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Allocating and checking work of junior staff and healthcare assistants.
- Regularly taking charge of the ward/department.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and have a minimum of six months post-registration experience in a relevant specialty. A management qualification is also desirable.
Compensation: Estimated £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
