IT SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD

LOCATION - GRIMSBY - HYBRID WORKING


Your new role

This is a Technical Leadership role within the Business and one that would suit a candidate who has experience of managing a team of IT staff & has strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL).


What you'll need to succeed

On a Day to Day basis this person will take responsibility for the delivery of IT Services within the Business locally. Working to, and ensuring SLA's are met to provide timely and efficient service with a strong focus on Customer satisfaction.

You will need exceptional communication skills and outstanding customer service skills to coordinate and communicate with other teams, vendors and 3rd party providers to ensure that service delivery is optimised at all times.

The IT Service Delivery Lead will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Engineers and Analysts - previous experience of coaching, training and mentorship will all be required.
