Housing Association Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to manage our rental properties and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Oxford, UK.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing allocated properties, ensuring timely responses to resident queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of property inspections, maintenance schedules, and resident interactions.
- Collaborating with contractors to ensure efficient and effective property maintenance.
- Providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents, and addressing their concerns professionally.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
