About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Management Officer to join our Landlord Services Team at Oxford City Council.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenancies and voids across a defined portfolio of properties.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of tenancy management are carried out in accordance with council policies and procedures.

Key skills and qualifications required:

  • Proven experience in housing management, preferably in a local authority or registered provider setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

Oxford City Council offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
