Job Title: House Parent Supervisor
We are seeking a caring and experienced individual to supervise our boarding house team at Completely Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the boarding house.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of boarding staff to provide excellent care and support to boarders
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of boarders
- Work closely with the Head of Boarding to ensure that the boarding house operates within the minimum Ofsted Framework and National Minimum Standards
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress
Requirements:
- Level 3+ safeguarding training
- Comprehensive First Aid Training including first response
- Strong organizational, administrative, and management skills
- High levels of digital competence
