The Role of Finance Manager Housing:

As a Finance Manager Housing, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial systems, processing transactions, and collecting debt. You will also be involved in financial planning and reporting for Housing, including budgeting, forecasting, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving financial systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Collecting debt and ensuring accurate recording of day-to-day financial transactions
  • Producing management accounts and related information for Housing operations
  • Ensuring accurate expenditure coding and making corrections where necessary
  • Working with Housing colleagues to identify and resolve debt collection issues
  • Being accountable for rent and service charge accounting and ensuring compliance with the rent standard

About the Candidate:
