Housing Association Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Association Professional to join our team at AWD online in Oxford, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in property management and problem-solving to make a real difference in the lives of residents.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing association services, including multi-occupancy and self-contained dwellings.
- This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate rented accommodation to applicants, issue tenancy paperwork, and collect payments.
- Manage void units, process end of tenancy notices, and arrange rent refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide advice and guidance.
- Carry out regular estate and property inspections, and monitor contractor performance.
- Deliver residential property management duties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management.
- Proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Benefits:
- £44,000 - £49,000 per annum depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing to 28 days with 3 years of service.
- Up to 8% contributory pension.
