Front End Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front End Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised front end area
- Assist customers with any queries or requests
- Monitor and replenish stock at the front end
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
- Able to communicate fluntely in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin Speaker)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Ability to provide assistance and support to customers
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
