Job Title: Contract Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Planner to join our Repairs & Maintenance team at Kingstown Works Ltd. As a Contract Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior colleagues by scheduling and planning work for a multi-disciplined responsive repairs team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To schedule and plan work for a multi-disciplined responsive repairs team, ensuring that the workforce is fully utilised at all times.
  • To proactively monitor outputs against key performance indicators and implement solutions to deliver business needs.
  • To move labour to match demands and reorganise resource to accommodate unexpected variances.
  • To work closely with senior colleagues to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of planning and scheduling multi-trade works.
  • A proven track record of coordinating and motivating the workforce.
  • Excellent coordinating and resource management skills.
  • An understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Fantastic team building skills, confidence, and being proactive.
