About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the production of daily bank reconciliations in multiple currencies, cash allocation of bank receipts and payments, and resolving cash allocation queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of daily bank reconciliations in multiple currencies
- Cash allocation of bank receipts and payments
- Resolving cash allocation queries
- Ledger maintenance
- Processing high volumes of company invoices
- Raising PO's and assisting with monthly payment runs
- Creation of manual purchase ledger payments
Requirements:
- Immediate availability to start the role or working on a reduced notice period
- Confidence in performing the duties listed above
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Commitment to the 9-month fixed-term contract period
What We Offer:
Salary up to £25,000 per annum, immediate start available, 9-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home), accessible location, and possibility for extension within the role.
