We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of steel fabrication contracts, including contract administration, project planning, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project delivery according to specifications and timelines.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates for steel fabrication projects.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Proven experience in steel fabrication project management and contract administration.
- Steel project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS card for site visits (preferred)
- Competitive pay rate: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Overtime: paid at Time + 1/3 after 40 hours / Sundays at Double Time / Bank Holidays at Double time plus a day in lieu
