Job Title: Achats Contract Manager

Are you a customer-centric commercial expert who thrives on enabling the performance, growth, and success of key customer accounts? We're seeking a Contracts Manager to help with service delivery and commercial/operational management of one of our strategic national customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a close working partnership with the customer, operational leadership team, and Arco colleagues to develop the contract offering and underpin contract success.
  • Lead a diverse operational team to achieve customer service, operational excellence, and deliver commercial and business plan deliverables of the contract while instilling a continuous improvement culture.
  • Be accountable for the operational and commercial management of the contract, including maintaining the key relationship between the client and other key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Manage the contractual outputs (financial, operational, and safety) of the contract and oversee contractual changes.
  • Ensure that the services and service performance metrics are being met in full, as described in the service schedules or Service Level Agreements.
  • Chair monthly contact and performance meetings between the customer and Arco.
  • Direct auditing work to provide assurance that all contract obligations of the contract parties are delivered, and the regulatory requirements are met.
