Civils Contract Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civils Contracts Manager to join our team in delivering high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civils contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civils contracts management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management software.
