We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Manager with maintenance, repairs, disposal, and asset management services for our client's premises.
- Ensure compliance with national maintenance and repair contracts, including repairs, maintenance, alteration, and quality assurance.
- Manage a utility contract and analyse usage for anomalies.
- Assist with procurement, implementation, and operation of a waste management contract.
- Report on budget control for building and equipment maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with new legislation and ensure legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
- Complete compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in property management, property maintenance, and facilities management.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including external parties.
- Familiarity with supplier and contractor management, as well as financial management.
- Understanding of property management statutory requirements and obligations.
- Experience in contracts management and knowledge of relevant business administration.
