We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management and operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the site management and operations manager, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with site personnel, including arranging transport and accommodation, managing stock supplies, and creating purchase orders.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and site personnel, providing receptionist services, including reporting, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Update and maintain records and databases, including personnel data, certificates, qualifications, and training details.
- Execute site administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Proven experience as an office/business administrator, coordinator, assistant, or relevant role.
- Previous site experience in Construction, Wind Turbine, or Oil & Gas industries would be advantageous.
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive).
- Schedule management.
- Quality-oriented.
- Previous SAP experience would be beneficial.
Location: Hull (HU9)
Contract length: Until June Potential to be extended further
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
