Job Title: Construction Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management and operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the site management and operations manager, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  2. Coordinate with site personnel, including arranging transport and accommodation, managing stock supplies, and creating purchase orders.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and site personnel, providing receptionist services, including reporting, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  4. Update and maintain records and databases, including personnel data, certificates, qualifications, and training details.
  5. Execute site administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an office/business administrator, coordinator, assistant, or relevant role.
  2. Previous site experience in Construction, Wind Turbine, or Oil & Gas industries would be advantageous.
  3. Advanced IT skills, including MS Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive).
  4. Schedule management.
  5. Quality-oriented.
  6. Previous SAP experience would be beneficial.

Location: Hull (HU9)

Contract length: Until June Potential to be extended further

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
