We are seeking an experienced Part-Time IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams. The role will involve:

  • Liaising with clients to obtain personal information and policy details.
  • Managing client diaries and schedules, including booking meetings and follow-up appointments.
  • Preparing and sending pre-meeting information, letters, and welcome packs.
  • Dealing with providers to obtain quotations, illustrations, and transfer values.
  • Completing compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering checks for all clients.
  • Producing weekly cash reports via Transact.
  • Updating CRM with new client information and updating existing client details.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. If you have a passion for administration and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a part-time position, working 28 hours a week, 3 days a week. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in Bookham, Surrey.
