**Sales Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for the office and redirect calls where necessary
- Work with existing customers to expand their customer base and increase sales.
- Work with new customers to obtain quotes and order approval.
- Planning works where necessary
- Chasing suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
- Work with sales team to ensure proper follow up on orders and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Confident to pick up the phone and speak to customers.
- Able to work in a small team where all hands are on deck.
- High level of attention to detail.

Fully office based - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with parking on site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
