Very well established and friendly Company based in the heart of Bookham. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the admin team in a varied role in an excellent working environment.
- Answer incoming calls (take messages / transfer / deal with as necessary)
- Follow up calls to schedule maintenance work with clients.
- Schedule work with clients and produce all necessary documentation for clients and operatives.
- Process new clients onto the Opera system, assisting sales with admin to update system.
- Produce new and renewal maintenance proposals.
- Contact new clients to offer maintenance contracts.
- Update work planner as required, liaise with project managers.
- Take payments by credit card, processed on world pay.
- Deal with day-to-day office requirements, courier, post etc
- Deal with enquiries from operatives to ensure smooth running of jobs.
- Chase suppliers and track supply of goods for work to be carried out on time.
- General office administration, stationery order
- Any other duties as directed by Office Manager

**Person specification**:

- Confident, friendly team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft office Word and Excell essential
- Have a drive to contact and build relationships with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail, driven by procedures

**Additional Information**:

- £22,000 - £25,000 - Depending on experience
- 1 year maternity contract; possibility of becoming permanent.
- Tea and Coffee provided in kitchen.
- Parking available
- Mon-Fri 9-5pm
- Contributory Pension
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
