About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our busy Accounts Team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing invoices, managing credit control processes, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Production: Accurately produce and send invoices to clients.
  • Credit Control: Manage credit control processes by sending emails to clients for outstanding invoices.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Update and create Excel spreadsheets to track financial data.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Collate expenses and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Team as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience using Sage 50 is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive under pressure.
