We are seeking a skilled French speaking customer service specialist to join our team at MTrec Ltd Commercial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to work from the comfort of their own home.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with a background in customer service and experience working in a contact centre or call handling environment. As a twilight shift customer support advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors, addressing customer enquiries via telephone and email, and providing quality advice and information to customers.
