The role involves providing exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, or chat. As a Customer Service Advisor French Language, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and providing solutions to their problems.

This is a Home Based position, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
